Kobi Jonz has unveiled the music video for his new single “DADA” -- watch Here. The record, produced by GRAMMY® winning Telz takes fans on both an audio and visual escape from normal life.

Directed by Crazy Chris, Kobi Jonz and produced in association with Golden Horde Entertainment, the video begins with Kobi looking to break free from the gloomy mundane routine of the pandemic. Life appears to be dishearteningly at a standstill. He gets caught up in his daydreams and fantasies and is taken into a world that’s seemingly better. We enter his imagination of what life can be: party with friends, surrounded by beautiful people, and being the life of the party.

This daydream that’s seen through a virtual reality headset gets interrupted by his girlfriend. She is his rude awakening that life is still happening. Kobi re-evaluates his surroundings and realizes that people continue to live their lives regardless of the circumstances they are in - especially in this current pandemic. “We think there’s a better world out there, but everything we need is right there within us, you really see what you want to see,” Kobi explains.

Surrounded by his friends, Kobi gets a therapeutic relief that he isn’t alone and there’s a sense of unity during these times. He gets to celebrate the meaning of life with his loved ones. This visual journey was orchestrated under the creative direction and styling of Ify Omvri, Brooke Morgan, Nneka Ibeabuchi.
